Lost Or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information says that your order has been delivered but you’re unable to locate it a lost package claim can be opened with UPS at the link below. This is required in order for your order to possibly be refunded or replaced depending on the outcome of the UPS investigation. It is also possible that UPS may be able to locate the lost package.
